Experiencia fantástica: I was recommended to bring my father to this facility by a very dear friend who is in the Healthcare industry. We arrived after a month of hospitalization/skilled nursing at a horrendous facility which I will not mention, back to another hospital at which time things looked really bleak. He recovered and our fear was that he would not be cared for well enough and would end up back at the Hospital. The complete opposite happened. The staff (administration and social services, nurses, LVNs and doctors) were incredible. I could not have wished for a better doctor than Dr. Lew. The nurses were truly caring and did everything in their power to make him comfortable and ensure that he received his time sensitive medications on time. My family and I want to thank you from the bottom of our heart. You guys are incredible. And thank you my dear friend for your amazing recommendation:)

Experiencia fantástica: Such amazing care! The cnas took exception care of my grandmother when she was here. They always took the time to make sure she was comfortable and to see if she needed anything. Everyone from admission to nursing was kind and helpful. I would totally recommend for anyone looking for a place for their family.

Experiencia fantástica: Palm Terrace is a clean and most cozy place to be. workers are kind, compassion and really care deeply to their Residents and staff. Great Administration. Highly recommended for you love ones.

Experiencia fantástica: My dad was in an assisted living. He became very weak and sick so they sent him to the hospital. He had a urinary infection and after a few days he was sent to Palm Terrace for recovery. The staff was so nice and caring. They always made sure he was comfortable. When I came to see him he was sitting up and watching TV. He told me how they got him up and walked him around which made him feel better. He said they’d brought him a tablet to use to watch a movie which he thought was great. He was there for two weeks and was able to go back to his assisted living. Thank you Palm Terrace for making my Dads’s stay a happy one.
