Experiencia fantástica: My husband was a patient in The Guardian for rehab. The experience was very positive. The nurse Amy was eager to help discharge my husband from the hospital and helped tremendously with making sure the transition was smooth. The physical therapist were professional and caring. Everyone from nursing to dietary exceeded our expectations. They have remodeled and it doesn’t feel or look like a nursing home. Thanks to all of you for ensuring my husbands needs were met. I would highly recommend The Guardian.

Experiencia fantástica: I worked at this community previously for 12 years and I've recently rejoined the G&G team. This community has always held a special place in my heart, when my grandmother needed skilled nursing she came here. She was able to get the rehab she needed and go home with the strength and endurance to be independent. It was a great experience for her.

Experiencia fantástica: I have a parent who has been in the Rehab Center for a month now since his knee replacement surgery. This rehab center is excellent. We had a meeting with department heads shortly after my Dad arrived. Everyone was very professional and helpful. The Director of Nursing met with us to explain what we could expect and address any concerns. My Dad likes it so much and said that everyone is so friendly that he wants to stay there. I was in his room one day and an aide came by to check on him and brought him some ice cream. There were smiles all around. I would recommend this center to everyone. It is a great team.

Experiencia fantástica: This place and mainly the people that work here are truly amazing. The Director of Nursing has put together a tremendous team that are friendly, and truly cares about their residents. My dad was in this facility and our experience was first class. The facility has all private rooms and the care was second to none. We have been in a couple of the facilities in the area and this is by far the best. The new management team took over in January of last year, and the improvements are drastic. There is no other place that I would consider putting any of my loved ones. God Bless the staff at this wonderful facility.
