Experiencia fantástica: I went to Urgent Care here in Lake Elsinore, because I've been sick with my Asthma, coughing, feeling weak for 3 and1/2 weeks. When I got there I filled out the info. They needed...I waited a while and then my name was called. The medical assistant who took my vitals was very nice...I then was examined by the physician's assistant she was so sweet she listened to my lungs knew right away what was wrong with me she asked me questions, had another medical assistant who was very kind, set up a nebulizer and give me a breathing treatment, and she gave me a steroid injection...before the physician assistant walked out she looked at me and she told me not to worry that she was going to take care of me and I was going to be all right she said it twice to reassure me she made me cry even more because you don't really get that kind of treatment anywhere you go anymore she's an angel. They treated me so nice there even the girls in the front office were very kind to me. Before I walked out one of the girls told me if you don't get your prescriptions like you're supposed to I'm going to write down the number to our office , you call me and let me know if you have any problems. I want to thank all of you there at urgent Care especially the physician's assistant... I will never forget you, I was so sick, and you made me feel better just with that treatment and you made me feel better just the way you treated me...God bless each and everyone of you... Experiencia fantástica: I’m not sure why this place has such terrible reviews. We took my 5 year old here when no other urgent care would accept her. It’s clean, remodeled, staff are friendly and efficient. She was seen in a timely manner and thoroughly checked. The Dr. had amazing bed side manner as well. I definitely wouldn’t “steer clear” of this place as the other reviewers have stated. We personally had a great experience.

Experiencia positiva: The schedule was easy and also check in, but wait time while i was there and in the doctor office was kinda long when I got done was my blood pressure and said what was wrong with me, and tested me for strep. other then that they didn’t tell me there opinion on my throat and sore tonsils.  Just sent me home with medicine and doctors note, I would like another opinion about what’s wrong with me.

Experiencia fantástica: The doctor who assisted me with my child is such a great doctor very patient with my child and always prescribes the correct medication. I hope he stays for a very long time. Thank you for being so kind with my child I know she can be a handful.
