Lake Elsinore Mental Health Facility

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to the clinic for about five years now. A couple of years ago, I transitioned to the Mature Adults Clinic side of the program. I would have to say that the entire time I’ve been going there, everyone has been very helpful, and supportive. The receptionists, the therapist, peer support specialist, and all the rest of the staff are hands-down awesome in my opinion. They always have an encouraging word for me. I just can’t say enough about the place! Every one there is like family to me! I look forward to my next appointment.

Experiencia positiva: The receptionists are always so courteous and welcoming! The only issue that I have had is the doctor cancelling my appointments the day before. This has happened three times and twice I have been rescheduled for another appointment a full four weeks later. It's extremely frustrating after waiting a full month for an appointment, which is very important in maintaining my healthcare.
