Experiencia fantástica: For the first tone in my LIFE i am getting the medical care I need. I couldn’t be more thankful to IEHP. They genuinely care and are impressively proactive and kind! IE♥️HP, thank you!!

Experiencia positiva: I really like IEHP, but I'm only giving 3 stars because there Transportation dept has a lady by the name of Karen (go figure) asked me what I was going to see my doctor for and I have never been asked that before. Karen told me it wasn't important enough. I did call for a next day, which I've done in the past because of getting in on a cancelation of someone else. I don't think it's any of her business to "WHAT" I'm seeing my doctor for. Never ever have I been asked that, that's confidential. I'm am mad about this because I live in the mountains, and my doctors office is in the city 1 hour away. We don't have busses or anything like that. I now have to figure out a way to get there, it's ridiculous. Karen not work in customer service!
