Experiencia fantástica: Fred and Matthew were awesome, I was lucky enough to see both of them during my time at Lakeside PT. Both Drs were great at explaining the cause of my issues, I enjoyed the process of figuring out what my issues were through the various tests they performed on me. They gave me the tools and cues to help fix and prevent my knee and back pain! The support staff was also lovely. I 10/10 recommendation, I'll be sending anyone in my life who needs PT to Lakeside. Experiencia fantástica: Thank you so much for all that you have done for my mom! We came to Lakeside feeling hopeless and quite scared about my mom's sudden inability to walk. She was in so much pain and unable to walk on her own, even with a walker or cane. In addition to the physical pain, she felt quite defeated emotionally and unsure of what her future held. We’re impressed with how quickly she improved under your care. My mom really enjoyed working with Matthew, he was extremely compassionate towards her and very patient with her. I’m so appreciative of how well he treated her. He made her laugh often and encouraged her every step of the way. Your team showed us both unwavering kindness and compassion and truly believed in her. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Fred Kim and his staff are fantastic. Excellent clinician and well maintained facility. This was my first experience with PT and I am very satisfied. Shoulder rehab with complete resolution of pain. Dr. Kim sets out reasonable expectations and delivers. Highly recommend to anyone, especially if you are active and wish to continue to pursue physical activities that bring you joy.

Experiencia fantástica: In Late 2022 I had successful spinal decompression surgery which involved a L3-4 / L4-5 disc fusion. I am a very active 55 year old male and when it came time for extensive physical therapy I visited 4 different highly recommended facilities. When I first visited Fred Kim, he took a significant amount of time with me to explain his approach and objective of the physical therapy that I would need NOT just to get back moving again but to help me understand how to live with my spinal fusion and get back to an active lifestyle in a safe and sustainable way. After a number of months with Fred and his very kind and qualified team, I am nearly there. The facility is immaculately clean and appointments are on time.
