Haven Health Lake Havasu

Experiencia fantástica: My mother was there in early December. While communication was good between the facility and us to inform us of my mother’s health, my complaint is in regards to the lack of care to my mother’s personal belongings. I have been calling the facility for three weeks now because they lost my mom’s cellphone, which contains personal information, and cannot get an answer from anyone on what happened. I have left voicemails as well and haven’t received a single call to update. I requested a copy of her inventory paperwork upon arrival since that was the last place she had her phone, and have yet to receive anything. Very disappointed in the lack of responsibility from the facility to care for the belongings of their residents and not communicating whether something will be done about this or not. Update: After speaking to Janet, executive director, the matter was handled in the most appropriate and professional way. Not only was she understanding to the situation, but communicated with me when she said she would and provided a solution to the problem.
