Experiencia fantástica: I have to thank the staff at the front office for continuing to show up every day. You have to deal with people in emergency situations who may not be at their best. Also the doctors and nurses went above and beyond to help my family in an emergency situation. I am grateful for your empathy and care.

Experiencia positiva: Thank you for trying your best to handle my situation, but please make sure your nurses treat patients with the respect they deserve. Jamie, please refrain from telling a wife how she should speak to their husband. It is none of your business. Especially when a patient is having a terrible experience. Also, listen!!!! When patients stress they are cold. Do not make them wait outside until the car is visible . Take the patient inside until the car pulls in front of the door. The attitude was not needed when a patient is in a medically horrific situation. Doctors should have the same empathy. Don’t rush during care. It may lead to mistakes. Medical training was a huge part of my past experience. Compassion and understanding strengthens the patient and caregivers. During a medical crisis, patience and kindness are needed. Thank you to the nurses who tried to help in anyway they could. Your service is appreciated.

Experiencia positiva: I can see why the reviews are so bad - I’ll note this is a small hospital… be kind. Except to the reception staff they totally have attitude - the docs and nurses are great and oh by the way bring a book you’ll plan to spend a minimum of 3 hours… if you need diagnostics and more likely 5 hours … the place is clean and once you get past the rude folks up front people out back are nice, knowledgeable (slow there’s no haste here) and they helped me. Oh one last thing; the empty waiting area is 0 indication of you being seen quickly. They literally have a skeleton crew and like 4 ER rooms May the odds be in your favor
