Experiencia fantástica: I was scheduled for the Lake havasu city office but went to Bullhead city office by mistake. They called Havasu to transfer my visit to Bullhead so I didn't miss my appointment and have to go to Havasu. Thank you BHC office.

Experiencia fantástica: 1/29/24-Thank you for listening. Thank you Levi for acknowledging the importance of the situation. 1/29/24-29-Don’t tell me how to feel. Rhonda Clark went on vacation without calling in my medication. She lied about increasing my medication. I had to come to the office numerous times to get it fixed. The VA told you I only see Dr. Diep. When I called this morning, Levi is going to tell me I saw her in the past, but there is a note in my file that states I don’t see Clark under any circumstances. Rhonda has not apologized to this day. This is the second time this has happened. Don’t change my appointment to someone without asking me. Don’t dismiss my feelings. Keep these people away from me. 12/22/22-Denise is the best. The young lady at the front desk was a jewel. Rhonda dropped the ball. 12/22/22-I just left the office and you still did not call my medication in. Rhonda Clark what are you doing? Where is my medication? Phone calls are not returned. Why would you do this to a person? I kept my appointment on Monday for my refill. Where is it? You are playing with my life. I asked to be moved to a new person Rhonda. I don’t want you working on my case. I just found out you went on vacation. 11/24/22- Thank you for helping me and listening on Thanksgiving Day. No doctor has every went the extra mile like this. Happy holidays. 08/10/22-Thank you for seeing me early. Thank you for being so nice. Dr. Diep and the staff are the best. Fantastic service. Thank you for making me feel welcomed. Just remember I need auths for service dealing with the VA; LOL. Have a great day.

Experiencia fantástica: So amazing Dr. Wright did Todd‘s surgery on his back the very same day that he saw him in the office, everything worked out so well and Todd‘s feeling great it didn’t take but a few days for him to be feeling good again they are a great team. This is a place to go if you need a back surgery.
