Experiencia fantástica: I can't express enough gratitude for the work that Tanya does. With her help, I've been able to develop lifelong (and life altering) coping skills that will help me get through the more difficult times. I would say that I've had fairly severe, chronic depression throughout my entire adult life so far, and for the first time - I don't feel that weight anymore. At this point, it's almost an afterthought. What I will say, and this is my advice to anyone seeking counseling of any type, is you get out what you put in. If you're only looking to check off a box and say you did it just so that you can continue to exist in misery, well... you're probably not going to get much out of it. You have to want the help and be open and willing to do the work. I think it's important for people to understand that this isn't a Jiffy Lube, you're not just going to get your oil changed and away you go. You have to let people like Tanya teach you how to change the oil yourself.
