Experiencia fantástica: From Marie and Austin at the front desk, to Taylor the therapist, everyone was absolutely phenomenal. They made sure my insurance would cover before any appointment, (self-pay prices are very reasonable also)always worked around my crazy schedule for appointments. I would highly recommend OPPT Lakeland for ant PT you may need.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience with Optimal Performance & Physical Therapies. Being a new patient, I had no idea what to expect walking in. I couldn't be happier with my visit! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I saw Kristen for pelvic floor issues. I feel as if I got more information in my first visit with her than I have with at least 3 different doctors from various other clinics. This is the first time I've felt hopeful about treating my IC (interstitial cystitis) & pelvic floor in years. I walked out with an actual plan to try and get my issues fixed. It was refreshing to speak with a professional who actually cared for a change. I definitely recommend both Kristen and OPPT! I'm actually excited for my next appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: The receptionist Heidi is AMAZING. Nothing short of friendly & professional. Samantha, therapist is very personal whether in a room full of people or a one on one session. So PROFESSIONAL. Jordan the therapist for my injury is so friendly & knows what to do. He takes the time to listen to what Im going through. Kristen, I had her for one session when Jordan was sick. She's a friendly & professional as well. Never had the chance to work with Lauren because she took a leave if absence but she was always friendly as well. Although my entire body suffered trauma the entire team in S. Lkld were professional & no matter what I was going through I always had a great time going there 2 times a week . They are all family to me now & I love them all. The office is spotless as is the restrooms. The staff never made light if what I was going through. I recommend them to EVERYONE. I've been to other PT offices & have never been treated so good as I did there. I commend the entire staff & give them all a high 10 on every aspect. Excellent. Gonna miss them so much. & I could talk to any of them & when I walked in with a frown they turned that frown upside down, & had me laughing. ❤????❤????❤????❤????
