Experiencia fantástica: Integrate is a hidden gem of a resource for athletes and physically active people! I’m a long distance runner who started experiencing hip/back pain in 2020. I saw another chiropractor who’d give me temporary relief, but I was on a revolving door schedule of appointments there. I did everything I could think of and eventually thought I’d aged out of the sport. Integrate adjusted me and gave me a series of stretches and exercises to help my specific issues. Initially, I scoffed at these because they seemed so basic and easy. Once I got over my ego and actually started doing them I found consistent relief for the first time in 4 years! I was persistent with their exercises and stretches for about 1-2 months and now feel like a new person! I’ve been back to running 3x week pain free for about a month now! I also don’t feel my back/hip shift out of place anymore! I can’t say enough great things about Integrate! They truly know their stuff and genuinely want to get people back to their physical activity of choice.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in search of a new chiropractor at the end of 2023 and through a friend I learned about Alex and Megan at Integrate. They're great at what they do! A typical appointment for me so far has been a head-to-toe chiropractic adjustment with some deep tissue muscle work, followed by PT and/or exercises. It's a great combo! I'm happy to have found this place!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to see both Derek and Gavin since my car accident in October. I can honestly say this place is amazing. They do wonderful work. The entire staff is kind knowledgeable and put their clients at ease. I have even started bringing in my children to see Derek for adjustments and they feel much better. I’m so glad I found both Derek and to Gavin to help me while I recover from this car accident.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at Integrate has been awesome from the moment I walked in the door! I was in a car accident earlier this year and lower back pain was what brought me in. Dr. Alex is extremely knowledgeable in chiropractic and he actually takes the time to explain the anatomy and physiology behind injuries in a way that is easy to understand. He has always been very attentive to my concerns and gives very practical advice as well as safe adjustments. I’ve also spent a considerable amount of time training with Megan to strengthen my lower back. She has helped me with everything from recovery techniques, to proper form and has encouraged me to lift heavier than I have before. She has definitely helped me regain a lot of lost confidence I had due to my back pain. Thanks to Dr. Alex and Megan I no longer feel limited in my abilities and I feel confident in my recovery moving forward!

Experiencia fantástica: I wish I had known about Megan and Alex’s gym/program sooner. I was in Physical Therapy 4x a month for seven months at an office that was assigned by my Surgeon before going to Megan and Alex. I quickly learned how far behind I was in my reconstructive ACL recovery. Their approach to rehab/recovery is explained and demonstrated on a level that made so much more sense to me, where I was able to learn and apply that knowledge towards a much faster and confident recovery. Prior to them, I was nervous and timid about what I did outside of my PT sessions at the other office. Being collegiate athletes and going through injuries and recovery themselves, they know what they’re talking about and they are very easy to trust. Whether you are experiencing pain or not, or if you simply want to get better, faster, stronger, I recommend Integrate Institute to everyone. They are an example of what a rehab and recovery center should be like. Even though their goal is to never see you again (because they made you better/your symptoms improved) they make you want to come back! Thankful for y’all!
