Experiencia fantástica: This group is top notch. My physical therapist, A. R., has exceeded all of my expectations for getting back to normal after being almost immobile for three months with a broken leg and external fixator. But the amazing level of encouragement she gives me is beyond measure and surpasses any other PT I have received in the past 20 years. I look forward to working with her every appointment because she is just such a positive motivator and extremely skilled in her profession. I want to thank the entire staff, but especially her from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I want to give a warm felt thank you to Toni McNeal. She was highly knowledgeable, personable and work closely with my daughter to make sure she was comfortable and understood the plan. It shows how Toni really cares and wants to see improvement in your overall well being. We are happy that we have the opportunity to work with her. And she allowed me to record the instructions to refer to later. Thanks again for superior service!

Experiencia negativa: I been in therapy for over a year at this location. I never had any problems or complaints with no one. However, today I call to talk to my therapist to reschedule my appointment like I do any other time I want to reschedule. I never had any issues, but today Tracy answered the phone and was very unprofessional on the phone. She did not want me to talk to my therapist. I had to ask her three times and she was not pleasant to talk too. If I have to go through that to speak with my therapist, I will just rather find another rehabilitation facility to go to.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very impressed with my physical therapy while I was there. My name is Jamiyla Goodwin. My therapist was Karen and she was great. I really miss her and hope she is doing well. The staff Ms. Toni was great, pleasant and very informative to me hope she is doing well also God Bless everyone else thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly this is the place that I look forward to going to during the week when my neck is in pain. The staff here are so awesome and know what they are doing. They are super friendly and very helpful. Even when they get busy the staff multitasks between patients and still gets the job done. The room is very spacious and has a lot of great equipment to help patients recover. Everything is cleaned well and sanitized. Thanks to my PCP for recommending me here. It has been over a month now and I can feel my neck getting better and better. At this location they definitely pay attention to where the pain is and make sure to help relieve the areas that are in pain. The Parking lot has a lot of spaces which is also a plus!

Experiencia negativa: I went to see Dr.Deholle, he was the most unprepared and unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. He knew nothing about my med history, couldnt find my MRIs that I hand carried in, had zero knowledge of my 2 previous visits. He says to me I see 40 patients a day.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a appointment at 2 however I went early. I didn't have to wait I just told them my name and appointment time and went right in to see my therapist. Staff were very nice. Also the payment plan is good as well they are easy at working appointment times to fit your schedule. And I like the ice machine.
