St. Clare Specialty Center

Experiencia positiva: I have been St. Claire Specialty clinic for approximately 2 months. The clinic is clean. The staff is nice and courteous. Cons: No one gives full details about appointments. They make the appointments but do not say which building or suite. You get there and you find out that your appointment is way on the other side. Cons: They call last minute to let you know your appointment is cancelled. I got a call at 9:00 am to let me know my appointment is cancelled because THEY DID NOT HAVE AUTHORIZATION. Ummm like you knew this prior. It is not rocket science. It is all in the computer system. When they called the day before to confirm I was coming to my appointment someone should have said something then. I am traveling a little distance to to get to the clinic. I was already half way there when I got the call. Unprofessional!!!!!! You did not value my time but let me call at 9am to cancel my appointment at 9:30 then they want to refuse service to me. I also want my gas money back. You wasted my time. As I get up two hours early to get ready and handle my other medical issues. I also get up early to travel to your clinic to be on time. The appointment takes up more than 5 hours of my day so I can't get my time back after you cancelled my appointment on the same dayof the appointment at 9am. The gas prices are crazy. Yall wasted my time and my gas this very morning. Rude!!!!!

Experiencia positiva: I’m never happy with the amount of time it takes to get imaging here. Don’t blame it on Covid guys, it’s been this way for a long time. However, I’ve always been happy with the kindness of employees there. Well, until today anyways. There was a receptionist I had never seen before. Black female. She had such an attitude. I understand we all have our ways of talking, but when you work with sick and hurt people you should really have more manners than yelling out “mm-mmm we don’t take X-ray’s till 9am”. How about “I’m sorry ma’am, we’re not taking any X-rays until 9am”. Be a human, and treat others as you would like to be treated. It’s not that hard.
