Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. 

Jennifer Rubio is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), licensed as an ARNP with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from The University of Washington. She is focused on practice with older children and adolescents ages 11-19. She specializes in psychiatric assessments and diagnosis in tandem with psychiatric medication management while providing and psycho-education to patients and their families. 

Her passion to work with children and adolescents stems from over 15 years of experience serving our community as a Psychiatric Nurse. As a Practitioner, she aims to provide person center care to improve the quality of life for those struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, psychosis, PTSD and other attention or behavioral disturbances.

Christian received his Masters in Counseling Psychology from St. Martins University. He is a certified MHP and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Christian is also a clinical supervisor for an adult post crisis outpatient program and has worked with both children and adults in the mental health field for the past 11 years. He specializes in individual therapy with adults and utilizes person-centered counseling techniques.
