Experiencia fantástica: Nisa,n Leslie were so patient and very nice during my 7yrs old daughter who has extremely high anxiety ???? about needles we were taken into a private room with no eyes or other people watching n losing their hearing my little girl screaming ???? breaking my heart every time w need to do this kind of appt was very pleased with everyone and everything highly recommended to my friends and family w any lab work this is who to ask for

Experiencia positiva: It's a busy place. I was at the Pavilion at Lancaster General Health Campus and it took two hours of waiting for the tests. I felt that the staff spent more time talking to each other and the people who registered just accumulated in the waiting room. The staff was slow this time. I even had an appointment. It needs management oversight when it's a 4 o'clock appointment and I waited until 6. The building is quiet and modern. It's also clean. You are screened when you arrive. The four stars are towards the building being beautiful and the greeting from the screening staff.
