Experiencia fantástica: There is some confusion of meds not being provided and asked to Bring into facility. Messaged administrator but still waiting for return call. RN Brian tried to explain but needs clarification. My brother seems to be getting physical therapy and OT appropriately to strengthen him to be able to return home on his own.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time entering this facility to visit someone, must say it wasn't what I had pictured in my mind. The security process to visit was pretty good, the place was better then I thought,feel better knowing the person I visited was in good hands.

Experiencia fantástica: A thank you to her nursing care staff this morning -Very nice to see how clean and washed my Mom was this morning. Her hair looks great washed and am happy to see how often she is being showered bathed and washed so far since her admittance. A special thank you also to Maria the Activities Director in painting Moms nails, this made her day. I am surprised to see just how involved she is getting with activities like Bingo and Trivia and crafts, something she hardly ever did before.

Experiencia fantástica: They were great! They helped my father come home when I needed him to come home. Chis the case manager, a soft spoken wonderful giant helped us. Along with Alexa the nurse practitioner. Gina the case manager went out of the way to get my father everything he needs in record time. Maria in admissions was wonderful. Beverly (I may have her name wrong) was absolutely a God send. Very caring and I felt my father was safe with her. There was another aid there, but I don't remember her name. She was very happy and full of energy. Thank you, all of you.
