Experiencia fantástica: This is my first time at this location and for this issue. It is easy to get to, has plenty of parking, and is very spacious. The staff is welcoming and does a good job of monitoring me as I go through the exercises. They dont overbook, which I really like. I always leave feeling better than I did when I arrived.

I recently completed 8 weeks of PT for a long-standing shoulder/rotator cuff issue. My pain and mobility are significantly improved - I am almost back to normal! Every visit and interaction I had with the team was positive and productive. Matthew is fabulous as the practice director and as a therapist; the operation is well-organized under his leadership, and he is knowledgeable and caring with patients. Lexyy was diligent, patient and reassuring in working through my rather complex insurance situation. And the therapists and assistants I saw - Rusty, Megan, Mason and Taylor - were all terrific. They are knowledgeable and professional, while also upbeat. I actually enjoyed my sessions, even when being "pushed"! I felt the entire team truly cared about me as a patient and as a person. I hesitated to initiate PT because of a "blah" experience I had with another practice years ago, but I am so glad I did. Many thanks to this fabulous team!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff offering flexible scheduling for PT. After my car accident, I suffered a shoulder and hand injury that sidelined me for months. Shoulder therapy was intense but very instrumental in getting me back to work.

Experiencia fantástica: They’ve helped me a lot. I started going there for my shoulder pain and turns out it wasn’t my shoulders it was the muscles around my shoulders and it was my back as well. They gave me exercises to loosen up my muscles and to also strengthen my left shoulder because I wasn’t using it much from the pain. The staff there is extremely helpful and really nice. Experiencia fantástica: I feel like I have been given a big boost to my declining mobility by coming to Carolina Physical Therapy and using their AquaCiser. The water is warm and water jets soothe my arthritic back while buoyancy in the water makes walking on the built-in treadmill and doing the exercises so much better. Emily, one of the PT’s, has a caring approach that makes me happy to do the water workouts she prescribes. I am so happy to have found this facility, the equipment, and Emily, an excellent therapist. Experiencia fantástica: I have had recurring issues in my knee area. Originally thought it was the knee but actually turns out to be soft tissues around the knee. While I still have pain issues, Matt and staff at the Forest Hills location have given me tools to work on straightening and strengthening the knee area.. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Matt, Emily and Eric all worked me. They listened to my issues and though I still have some pain, I feel I have tools to deal with it. If not, I won’t hesitate to return to Carolina PT. The staff definitely has the client’s interest at heart.

They take me seriously and got me from constant pain in my joints and spine to my close friends and family telling me how much better I seem to be doing. I felt he actually "heard" what I told him and that he made every effort to customize my program. Unlike many places where the therapist gives an exercise and then walks off to do something else, Matt watched form closely and altered exercises as needed. As my therapy progressed he modified the routine. I never felt that he had a set routine that I had to fit into. The results have been nothing short of amazing in the way I feel, in my posture and stability. I feel Matt helped me turn back the clock on this psoratic arthritis 10 years.

Aquatic Therapy combined with physical therapy saved me from one of the worst painful agonizing injuries to my replaced shoulders that I thought I'd never be able to move again or get out of the excruciating pain. The therapists at Carolina P.T. & Sports Medicine are absolutely the most educated professional and wonderful people I've ever known in this industry.

I have been going for a month now while recovering from an acl and meniscus reconstruction, and my surgeon says I’m way ahead of schedule thanks to their help. They are kind and knowledgeable and I am healing and getting stronger after every visit. Plus they work around my college schedule for visits. They’ve found a way to make physical therapy fun, challenging, and the results really do show. They have patients from every age and everyone is so kind and nice. Definitely would recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I came in to get help with my strength after a Covid-19 diagnosis in July. I am Covid free but still struggling with the after effects. Megan was amazing in helping me. She is patient, professional and always willing to help. She was a God send. The clinic as a whole was great as well. I hope that I can come back soon to finish up my therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Carolina Physical Therapy. All of the staff was friendly & helpful. Luke Abney, at the Middleburg location, was my physical therapist and Luke was excellent. I am 70 years old and had some issues with my left shoulder. These issues were complicated by my inactivity because of the pain & stiffness in that shoulder. Luke set up a program for me with light weights, stretching exercises and on-hands therapy. I am happy to report that I now have essentially the same mobility in my left shoulder as I do in my right. Household activities are no longer painful and I have been able to return to my favorite pastime, basketball. I highly recommend Carolina Physical Therapy.

From help facilitating the referral from my doctor to the actual therapy for the last two weeks I must say that I’ve been extremely impressed and pleased with the level of professionalism exhibited by the entire staff at this location. And most importantly the my noticeable improvement in a relatively short period of time considering the severity of my injury. Choosing the right therapy practice can be daunting however I would absolutely encourage anyone considering Physical Therapy to seriously consider Carolina Physical Therapy as their FIRST option.

Matthew, Luke, and Rustys reassurance for individual patients when the patient feels unsure of their progress either due to pain/discomfort or a plateau in their progress is very commendable. The PT student Sean is also very knowledgeable in treating various injuries and explains in detail when patients ask questions.

Luke and his team were very helpful and restored my ability to function without pain. I’m pretty much pain-free after completing my treatment with them.

I was skeptical but discovered that physical therapy was exactly what I needed. Bob reached out to make my first appointment and was helpful and got that first appointment easily made. Luke and Sean were my therapists and both of them listened to my issues, discussed what they advised as my plan to recovery and made me feel as if this was going to work. At all times they were professional yet friendly and very competent. I cannot say enough good things about CPT and the staff. The area was very clean and Covid protocols followed. Overall a great experience and my shoulder is 100% better.

My previous experience with physical therapy at another location was not nearly this good. I will not hesitate to go back to Luke and Carolina Physical Therapy in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: I was previously a patient of Carolina Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine and can't say enough good things about everyone that works there and their facilities. Suffering from both lower back and shoulder pain, CPT got me back to exercising in the gym and most importantly free of any pain! There is no magic wand to cure pain - it takes those that understand the science, and patience and dedication on the part of the patient, but if you stick with it these men and women will get you back to 100%. From the owner of the company (a PT), to all of the therapists, PTAs, aides, and office staff - everyone at CPT is committed to making you feel better and also trying to make your time with them fun and enjoyable. There were other physical therapists closer to my home - but based on other recommendations of CPT I drove the extra few miles, and I sure am glad I did!!

Experiencia negativa: Beware!! and be sure that those working on you are Licensed! So much damaged was caused because they allowed a lay person with no knowledge of what they were doing work on someone!! I'd stay clear of this place if at all possible!
