Experiencia fantástica: I had a loved one in this facility. After a long hard road he finally arrived here for physical therapy! I was his advocate and I was present daily. I am usually kind of meek and quiet and don’t cause a lot of trouble ! I know I probably stressed out the staff. I would like to apologize, but after so many errors before his admission here I just had to be vigilant. He literally took 13 ambulances rides in 4 weeks before his last discharge from the hospital. I am so grateful for his care by the staff at Aspire. He was bedridden after his illness. Several weeks later I was able to put him in the car and take him home. I want to give a special shout out to Alexis in admitting for all her help along the way! Additionally, I would like to thank Judith the lovely social worker that helped me along the way as well. She was kind and compassionate too! Also to Gabby for putting up with me, and for helping me too!! You smiled through it all and I know I was a pain in the neck sometimes ! To Amanda for being an awesome nurse, and for being the nurse that took special care of him every day that she was on duty. I also want to say a special thank you to Tutu the nurses aide that took extra special care of him . She was his aide the most while at the facility. I got to interact with the two of you the most on the nursing side, and I really appreciate the love and compassion shown to Bill. I want to thank Tina and Derek on the night shift for being the other two that helped me out so much! I want to also thank you Maryann for helping him with OT and Cat for helping with speech therapy! I want to give a special thank you to Erin in PT. God bless you for your perseverance . You may be tiny, but you are mighty!!!!!You really turned things around For Bill. He was there for Physical Therapy and you got him to ambulate again and with all of your help I was able to bring him home. I can’t express enough of how grateful I am. Thank you to all of you and I’m sorry if I didn’t mention all of your names! I interacted with some people more because of the times I showed up daily. The environmental staff were so pleasant and did such a beautiful job keeping the facility clean too! The staff at the front reception were friendly and always helpful! The activities Director was friendly and fun. The kitchen staff were always pleasant as well, and did their best to make meal time special! I could keep going, but I just want to say thank you to this facility for turning things around for Bill and for a job well done!❤️
