Our Approach is designed to give you the time, the support and the tools you need top achieve better health and function. We will take the necessary time to know you, to educate you and help you understand the “why”, “what” and “how” to improve your health. We will instruct you how to self care and we will partner with your healthcare practitioner’s team while we accompany you throughout the entire journey so you are not alone!

Most of our services will help you discover how your story, from conception to today, has been shaping your current health while other therapies will address more specific conditions. The goals of our services are to provide relief from chronic pain, chronic swelling, chronic Fight, Flight or Freeze response, to support your detoxification pathways, your digestion, your brain health, your freedom of movement and ultimately your Happiness! All of our services are provided on an one on one basis except for our classes. We serve everybody who is ready to better their health regardless of their gender, age and abilities.

I was embarrassed to go in public because of the swelling in my neck and the way it made me look. But after a very short time receiving treatment at HTG, I noticed a big difference and it helped me feel comfortable with myself again! They are experts in Lymphedema and I would highly recommend Healing The Generations to anybody who suffers from Head and Neck Lymphedema.

My chiropractor referred me to Nadine for Craniosacral Therapy. I have chronic pain due out double scoliosis, 5 cervical herniated disks, a lumbar herniation and suffer horrific occipital nerve pain along with immense muscle tension and spasms in most areas of my neck and back. I have tried about every kind of therapy I have heard of and nothing has been successful for any long term relief and barely short time relief.

Since I have been seeing Nadine for CST, I have gotten immediate relief at my sessions. I will arrive in pain and leave with zero pain and feeling so calm and great!
