Experiencia fantástica: My mother spent just about a month in this facility. The staff took excellent care of my mom and treated her with great respect. Food service was also good and provided many choices. The case worker, Laura was absolutely amazing is helping us to coordinate moving mom from the facility in New Mexico to a facility in Florida. We couldn't have made it all happen without her help. If you or your family need care don't hesitate to bring them to this facility!

Experiencia fantástica: The level of care was amazing by the Drs , Nurses ,techs, food servers and therapists, all the staff we came in contact with on a daily basis were absolutely amazing ,they treated my family as if they were taking care of thier own family , always with a warm smile and positive attitude, my family could leave at the end of the day and know my mom was in good hands with great care, but I was not to keen on the Case manager Laura and how she approached my mom and her case , with her I felt like my mom was just another dollar amount and not a person, she notified us of changes at end of day and was not helpful on giving us other options or time to review our options and only checked on my mom when it was convenient, I felt like the nurses kept us more informed than her and guided us the whole time my mom was in their care. If I could give a 10 star review I would even if there was 1 person not so great.

Experiencia fantástica: I wasn't personally admitted, my 19-year-old daughter was. My experience with everyone from the person cleaning her room to the nurse's doctors specialist all the way up to administration, was a very nice experience! The compassion understanding and so much support from everybody, my daughter was well taken care of here and I appreciate every single one of them , they made me feel comfortable and her level of care was amazing she always looked clean and beautiful. All my questions were answered even if they didn't know they found out on the spot. Thank you, you made a horrible situation as smooth as you possibly could! ????????

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great! My son was here twice and both times, he was treated with dignity and compassion. They are truly an amazing team who care if you succeed. They trained me to care for him at home and did a wonderful job. I love all their staff. If you are in need of their services I would highly recommend Advanced Care Hospital of Southern NM.
