Experiencia positiva: The building is wonderful on its own, however you need to go through 3(!!!) circles of registration to get to your scheduled appointment. Tons of personnel involved in a simple check-in procedure that is normally competed by one person or done using a self check-in booth. When I noted that printing an entire letter-sized sheet of labels (when I only need one) is wasteful, I was told it’s not their responsibility (what is then?). Bring the 21st century unto this beautiful expensive building.

Experiencia fantástica: Great facility with highly competent, professional, friendly, and helpful staff. Just be aware that Google Maps shows E 902 road connecting to 6th street. It doesn't exist. Drivers have to come North on George Williams Way. I've reported this error to Google Maps.
