Experiencia fantástica: I'm currently receiving treatment at Excel with Ms. Heather and Ms. Angeles, and every session has been a true blessing. Their knowledge, compassion, and genuine care shine through in everything they do. I was nervous before my first post-surgery visit, but within minutes, I knew I was in the right place. It's clear they love what they do and are fully dedicated to helping people heal. I feel incredibly fortunate to be in such caring and capable hands.

Experiencia negativa: I didn't have a good experience here.The two older ladies had ugly attitudes. I received more help and information from friends and other patients. I had a total knee replacement and the VA told me what I would need after surgery & sent it to me. I felt anxious & stressed before my appointments here, so I stopped going. Someone from the office called & asked if I wanted to be discharged. I said yes because i didnt like going here. She said you will be discharged & ended the call.Before Excel, I went to Vertex Physical Therapy for my back & had a better experience.i was told what I needed to do on the first visit and he didn't tell the receptionist to help me like Excel did. When I was there he worked with just me and the patient before me was the same. I was disappointed and expected better service. Excel taught me don't expect much & do your research. I gave 2 stars because the two younger employees were nice.
