Lawton Community Health Center is a comprehensive, family-focused community health center that offers primary medical, dental, pediatric and behavioral health care to anyone. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare and private insurances, and uninsured patients. A sliding fee is available based on the number of individuals living in the household and the total household income.

Lawton Community Health Center clinics are FTCA deemed facilities and are a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).

Experiencia fantástica: I love this clinic so much Angela farmer has been the best and I appreciate everything she has done to take care of me. The nurses are always very sweet and I have never had a bad experience there ????

Experiencia fantástica: I'm very pleased with any and all care and treatment I received at my Dr's visit.......the compassion, attention and all around actual caring this clinic has shown me, is way beyond any expectations I imagined. If you want exceptional care,then this is definitely the Dr's office I would recommend. DR Angela Farmer, YOU ARE AN AMAZING PERSON.????

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Aiku has been the best PCP I've ever had. She's so great at what she does, my entire family goes there. Her office staff are careing and always eager to help when we need it. I refer people to her all of the time.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a patient of Dr. Aiku's she and her nurse Debra are amazing individuals. They make you feel comfortable and listen to your concerns. The whole staff is very friendly and always there to help with any questions you have.
