Experiencia fantástica: My first appointment at Main St. Clinic was so much more than I had anticipated! When I walked in the door Gabrielle greeted me with a big smile and instantly put me at ease. Kelly (nurse) took my vitals and asked all the new patient questions. She is such a kind, warm person! I felt as though I was talking to a friend! Then Katherine (nurse practitioner) entered the room with a big smile! She spent an hour and forty five minutes with me and was incredibly down to earth and thorough! I still can’t believe the amount of care I received at this appointment. I can honestly say I have never experienced a doctor’s visit like this one. Katherine actually listened to me in such a concerned and caring way. When I mentioned I had chest pains a few weeks ago she immediately ordered an EKG. Within minutes Kelly came in and ran the tests which showed no problems with my heart. What a relief! NO charge for the test! Unbelievable!!! I will recommend this clinic and Katherine to everyone! If you do not have insurance and need QUALITY healthcare this is the place to go!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first appointment- one that I have desperately needed- and I am so relieved! Easily one of the best doctors I have ever met with. He is serious about quality care... It is so awesome to meet a doctor who will discuss your condition with you, not AT you. He is thorough, knowledgeable, affordable, open minded, kind- truly an excellent experience all around. For background; I have a rare (and kind of bizarre) disease that requires constant maintenance- it impacts my entire life. I am constantly (with a few exceptions) brushed off and disappointed by doctors who don't care to research or take on a challenge. Dr. Birdwell wasn't put off in the least. He approached the situation both empathetically and logically and crafted a well rounded plan that was tailored to my specific needs. Really can't speak highly enough of him and his staff! Totally impressed!
