Experiencia negativa: So disappointed to have to write this review before even using their services and after reading so many great reviews. My twin girls were born prematurely weighing only 3lbs at birth we spent a while in the NICU and have been waiting to be seen for physical therapy since April 2024 and today is June 6, 2024. I understand everyone being understaffed and overbooked so we have been patiently waiting. Well I called today to check on our status and just had a poor interaction with the front desk rep (Krystal I believe it was) she was very dismissive of my questions she just kept telling me two more weeks of waiting in limbo. It has already been 5 weeks so 2 more weeks would make 7 weeks total. I also informed her that no one from their office has reached out to me at all and if I could just be given some type of update during the wait just so I can know I haven't been forgotten her response was “Uhh uh”. My precipitation of that response was you're not important, your children's well-being does not matter to us and you're going to wait two more weeks and when you call back I will tell you two more weeks again. As a mother you never want to feel like your child's condition could be potentially getting worse by being denied care, so since her responses were so vague I asked to speak with the office manager who I would assume would have more authority and professionalism. This is when I was verbally attacked by “Krystal”. She took an aggressive tone with me and said “You want to speak with the office manager because I'm not going to lie to you and tell you what you want to hear and I'm sure last time you spoke to the “new girl” and she is new and doesn't know what she is doing.” Not sure why she thought it was okay to say that about her colleague but there is obviously some tension between the two. She informed me that the office manager was unavailable so I left her my information so the office manager can give me a call back and depending on that interaction I might just switch my kids over to Human Performance because they have great reviews as well. Leaving this at 1 star for now but will update if we have an improved experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I received occupational therapy here with Ms Woods. She is absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable, personable, kind and professional. She listened attentively to my symptoms and endeavored to address them all. The treatments did help. She also showed me exercises to do at home and gave me Easy to read handouts to use when I do them At home. She used a variety of treatment modalities to help me as well. And she made some outstanding recommendations to make my work site more ergonomic. The front desk staff are always nice and friendly. They always accommodated my schedule to get me The appointment times I needed. I highly recommend this facility.

Experiencia fantástica: My son saw went to PT and OT here for about 2-3 years. He saw Molly for PT and Jeanette for OT. They were great! My son blossomed and got where he needed to be. The office is nice. The staff is accommodating!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about R&R Rehabilitation. The front desk staff is always helpful and kind, and the phone gets answered promptly during business hours. Molly is an amazing physical therapist who made therapy fun for my daughter. I highly recommend R&R Rehabilitation for pediatric therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Front desk is the face of every office and at R&R Rehabilitation Center they do hold it up to a hight standards. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure we are taking care of. Thank you for your constant attention and care mr. James. And thank you mrs. Lori, mrs. Hope and mrs. Mary for being so sweet and friendly ALL the time. Our therapists take their time to listen and observe our kids. They give us much needed advice and encourage us to stay strong and positive. Thank you mrs. Jeanette (OT specialist) and mrs. Deborah ( speech specialist) for your hard work and personal involvement. Thank you mrs. Molly (PT specialist) for extra attention and patience. I WILL RECOMMEND this place to any body who needs it. Great team, awesome people, outstanding services.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to a multitude of different therapy places and R and R rehab is the first one that truly worked on making sure I was truly healed and not just I spent my 30 minutes there and left. I would totally recommend to anyone!

My son received pediatric speech therapy there and he was non verbal until age 3, but with the help of Ms. Jewel and her invaluable knowledge and unprecedented patience he now talks! Ms. Jeanette is the pediatric OT at the facility and as a person who has seen pretty much every pediatric OT on Columbus, I can tell you she is the best this town has to offer!!

Experiencia fantástica: I really cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff here and how much this place has given me hope that a full recovery from knee surgery is possible. Knowledgeable, caring, friendly, concerned, and excellent at what they do - I've already referred everyone I know for any and all rehab needs!!! People told me after surgery, "rehab will be the hardest part" - but for me, it's been the absolute best because of R&R.

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment you walk into the door you are greeted by first or last name. The entire front staff is beyond amazing. My Son's OT was phenomenal and patient with my son. His PT was also great. Ms. Jeanette is awesome. We have been contemplating on moving back to Columbus and R&R would be our first stop for services. Thank you all GREAT SERVICE

Great staff that really cares about my boys from the front desk to the Drs in the back.I like how they take time to understand what the base problem is and work from there. Clean and shows results!

Experiencia fantástica: David Myers is the most qualified and most knowledge physical therapist in Columbus. He fixed my 10 year old shoulder problem that multiple therapists failed to correctly diagnose and fix over the years. He did this within 15 minutes with a couple of quick tests and one stretching excercise! I ruptured a disc in my back a few weeks later and he had me back to feeling nearly 100% with no surgery in a couple months (something my doctor said was impossible). I can't recommend this place enough.
