When a new resident is admitted to Vista Ridge, we meet with the resident and their family to discuss expectations, answer questions, and ensure that a clear path to recovery is established. This integrated plan includes not only our exceptional medical staff, but also our team of rehabilitation, dietary, and nursing professionals who will work together to develop the best path forward to recovery and wellness.

Whether you require short-term care following a hospital stay or long-term care for a chronic condition, you'll get expert, attentive care that affords you the ability to reach your highest level of independence and the opportunity to live your life to its fullest potential.

With a whole-person centered approach to care, our priority is to get to know and connect with each resident we serve, allowing us to best serve their needs and keep them engaged and connected as much as possible in the journey of healing. This includes 24-hour attentive care, and our nursing team is available seven days a week to help, answer questions and address the needs of our residents.

Life at Vista Ridge is designed around the well-being of each resident. We offer a choice of private or semi-private rooms, spacious gathering and dining areas designed to encourage socialization, and daily housekeeping and laundry services. Our whole person-centered approach to care allows us to get to know our residents, their likes, dislikes, and the best ways to provide encouragement and support every day.

Our experience tells us that residents thrive when given the opportunity to socialize both in one-on-one settings and in groups, so we take a comprehensive approach when it comes to our activity calendar. Under the guidance of our life enrichment director, residents can enjoy a full range of daily activities designed to help them connect, stay engaged and enjoy every day.
