Experiencia fantástica: Danielle and crew are very Professional ,the pt/therapy Department very clean they are also very professional. They help You out with your physical needs, The nurses are great they're very professional Nice and they help you when you need it They arrive in your Room in a proper Matter of time. The inside and outside of the Establishment Is very clean. The food here is very good. It's nice having a hot meal. I would highly recommend this place for your family members that needs care contact Danielle You won't be disappointed.... Thanks again, Daniel. You and your crew have taken care of me.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working in this facility since 1981 and never left the facility. I will continue to work here until perhaps ready to retire! I love working with our management team and the whole staff for taking great care of our Residents. In fact, my mother was a resident of this facility for almost a year. I wanted to Thank Vineyards healthcare for taking good care of her, and made her comfortable from the day she was admitted. Nursing staff were kind and always calling her "Nanay" (Mother in English) that made my mother happy and welcomed. With these, I am grateful to work here and thankful that my mother was given the best care before passing at the age of 92.

Experiencia fantástica: We have an awesome team!. Our administrator, Lisa Foster is a great boss to her staff. I have enjoyed working in our facility since the beginning until now. Seeing my co-workers taking care of our patients with love and care is giving me confidence to trust and bring my older siblings into this facility. I'm grateful to work at The Vineyards Healthcare.

Experiencia fantástica: The facility is a very nice, clean and organized place. The receptionists are very nice and always offer help. Therapy team there are wonderful. They always try their 100% effort to encourage their patients and make sure to listen to patients' concerns. DON is very helpful and willing to address concerns all the time. It is always hard to be in these kind of facility, but at least I can see that they are trying their best to create a comfortable, happy, and positive environment for all the patients here. I would definitely recommend my friends to choose The Vineyards.

Experiencia fantástica: The Vineyards is clean, pleasant, modern and smells good once you walk in. The employees are nice and helpful. The Rehab gym will greet you once you step in, where residents are doing their daily exercises. They have posted pictures of other patients that graduated from the facility which shows the patients success and efforts of the team and the residents goal to be back with their families at home. Nurses and CNAs are nice and accommodating. The rooms are well kept. Their large dining room is nice and residents hold their social activities there, courtyard is beautiful, kept well with flowers and a lemon tree! I don’t mind having my loved one be taken cared for in this facility.
