Experiencia fantástica: Shalaka is an amazing therapist. She takes personal interest in your well being and is very hands on. I have been to many PT's over the years and no one comes close to Shalaka. Highly recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: I am currently healing from emergency spine surgery after being diagnosed with preliminary stage cauda equina. Even though I live in Oakland I take the drive to keep visits at Theracure. Appointments are very accommodating, office is spacious and comfortable and Shalaka, the therapist is very warm and young spirited, it’s refreshing. I can tell she enjoys her chosen practice. She constantly shares the healing process with me and I value that she is relatable as a person, it makes the visits something I look forward to and I feel great every time I leave.

Experiencia fantástica: Shalaka is a very skilled physical therapist. I have worked with many physical therapist over the years for various injuries, including both rotator cuff and bicep tendon repair surgeries in my other shoulder and arm. She definitely knows her stuff and is a pleasure to work with. Hopefully, I won’t need physical therapy in the future, but if I do, I will also definitely be going back to Theracure.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Shalaka through my OBGYN soon after giving birth. She has helped me understand and manage pelvic floor issues. I have been seeing her for about 5 months, and she has helped me most in gaining awareness of coordinating breath and movement in order to strengthen/protect the PF, and strengthen core muscles. She has given me the confidence to start working towards activities/sports I have always enjoyed. I highly recommend Shalaka for her expertise, patience, relatability, care, and sense of humor too!
