Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend sports plus and Dr. Justin Traille. I injured my hip 14 weeks into the New York marathon training. I had limited time to recover as I needed to do a 20 mile run still. I googled sports medicine and came across a SportsPlus in Pleasanton. After reviewing the website and the reviews, I decided to make an appointment. From the first phone call to my first visit with Dr. Justin. I was very impressed. I was able to do a 20 mile run several days after my first visit. I am a nurse practitioner and was skeptical of chiropractors before my first appointment. I completely changed my opinion after my first visit . I just completed the New York City Marathon and I had no pain. I truly believe I would not have been able to run as well as I did had I had gotten treatment . I highly recommend Dr. Justin and sports plus! Thanks again

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Richard Asturias was recommended to me by a very good friend and I will forever be greatfull to her for the recommendation. My lower back has always bothered me off and on since I had my children 39 years ago. So l've learned to adjust and try not to do anything to have a flare up. Well it just happened about a month ago I woke up with a pinched nerve and could hardly move. That's when my friend recommended Dr Richard and he not only relived me of the pain I was in by but I have felt remarkably better in my back. He really knows what he's doing. Don't accept pain like I did for so many years, make an appointment and allow him to help you live a better life. Thanks again Dr Richard. He'll always be the chiropractor I’ll call on first.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Asturias is the man , I get banged up pretty often from sports related injuries or bad posture e.g. slouching lumbar pain. He has helped me every time with lower back and cervical spine adjustments to exercises that help keep the pain away. When im in pain hes the first one i call , Thanks Doc!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have an old back injury (ruptured L5) and being new to the California area was looking for a great chiropractor whom accepted Kaiser health plan. SportPlus was one of them and came with great reviews so I decided to give them a try. The appointment setting was very easy. i setup and appointment with Justin Traille. I was able to do all the intake forms on-line so when I arrived I just had to sign some papers. I was greeted very nicely by the receptionist. Justin was on time and spent a good amount of time learning about my past experiences with my previous Chiropractor, my back injury and services I had received. He was very knowledgeable. Once finished with questions, he immediately started with the adjustments and performed various techniques on my back. I felt better immediately. At the end he asked if I had any questions and I asked about exercises I can add to my routine to hemp my back and he showed me several. I had a great experience and will certainly go back on a regular basis.
