I went in for serious shoulder and neck pain from working out - he helped with that, posture issues in my lower back, and breathing. I'm getting treatment I need in order to perform the best I can every time I get into the gym. My trainer even commented that my posture was noticeably better after my first adjustment! As long as you're willing to do the (brief) exercises Mark gives you between adjustments, you will be happy with the results!
