Experiencia negativa: Certain doctors double and triple book appointments so patient's have extremely long wait times. My appointment was at 3pm it's now 11 after 4 and just getting into a room. It’s now 4:40 still no Dr. FINALLY at 4:58 the PA comes in! just to tell me I need a mri! Absolutely ridiculous! They actually canceled 30 minutes before my appointment because I wasn't there. 30 minutes early! My time is just as important as the doctors! Where should I send the invoice for my wasted time? If drs were charged late fees like they try to charge us they would do better!

Experiencia fantástica: As a former co-owner of an OB/GYN practice, I found the Hughston clinic to be outstanding in every way. The support staff were friendly and efficient, wait time was almost zero, building and clinic’s physical layout was perfect, and physicians were excellent. I wish this was a multispecialty group. I would love for all of my medical care to be handled here.

Experiencia negativa: Dr Rehak is one the worst doctor’s I’ve ever seen in my life. He has horrible bedside manners(meaning he’s not polite and the 3 visits that I had with him was rushed). He comes across as if he doesn’t enjoy his job nor does he want want to treat his patients. I’ve never had a doctor ask me what am I doing at my appointment and that was the first thing he asked me. I would never recommend him to anyone!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Office staff couldn't have cared less that I drove 1.5 hours to hand deliver a referral that they apparently "couldn't receive" via fax for the last two and a half months. Of course the referral that river city spine and sport pain management provided was incorrect. Now I ha e to go to dothan and get another referral. They actually frowned whe. I said ot was through the VA. Felt completely marginalized due to that and other reasons that I won't mention here.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Waldrop did a great job on my right knee total replacement. I did everything they told me to and am ready to try a little golf 4 weeks after surgery. It's all about the PT and pushing thru the pain. No pain no Gain. Thks Dr Waldrop and staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Gerringer was very thorough during his evaluation of my right shoulder. He asked several questions to understand the injury and then did a physical examination of the shoulder. He recommended an injection and physical therapy for 30 days to see if that would help with the pain. If not, then a MRI would be done. Dr. Gerringer previously repaired an extensive injury to my left shoulder 4 years ago and the results have been great. Highly recommend Dr. Gerringer

Experiencia positiva: Dr Dorchak, the NP, intake and the front end crew are phenomenal! There’s room for improvement with the Xray tech. She was very dominant and dismissive without respect to the fact that I was unable to oblige to her request (raising my neck as high as she would have liked to take my X-ray). In a perfect world that would have been feasible but not when I am unable to do so. She most definitely needs to work on her soft skills with patients.

But ask questions ask alot of questions or you won't know the answer the surgeon isn't that big on informing you what will be going on or what could go on so ask questions before. Did nothing for me but Dr. Watson saved my foot and got me back on n my feet again. Experiencia negativa: I had a referral to this clinic to get a post surgery assessment on my hand done to make sure everything was healing properly. I had no choice but to get this surgery done in upstate NY as this is where the injury took place for multiple reasons. First off, nobody answers the phone to schedule appointments so you might as well not bother calling. Eventually though, after calling for three days, someone finally answered the phone whom I had to convince that my post assessment was worth there time. After I came in and gave them my post op report from the surgery I had done I was told that they would call me to schedule me for an appointment. Two weeks later I’ve called them back consistently and no one picks up the phone during business hours. I’ve yet to be helped and don’t expect to.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I didn’t get to see Doctor Dorchak on my first visit but did see his P.A. She was very informative and thorough. She went over my X-ray with my husband and me and was able to show us the problem and what it’s going to take to correct it. Very pleased. Office called and set up test and next appt the very next day like they said they would. Highly recommend.

I was a tad overwhelmed but all of the staff were friendly and efficient. I was called back in an appropriate amount of time. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt heard. Everyone was very friendly. Dr Flandry is top notch but the clinic is not as efficient as it once was. Point being be ready to sit awhile.A 1-2-2025 update. We went in for follow up and there was maybe a dozen total patients in the waiting room yet we were in there for over three hours! Absolutely ridiculous

I did ttblood lling awork next day and Medicare do t want L ss pay for- coded wrong. MRI was never scheduled. Left multiple messages. No response. I'm in pain and they don't have the curtesy to call me back. Worse experience I have ever had. Ne we gad a problem before. Other doctors and staff were great. I'm finished with them and the disrespect. First thing in the morning I'm calling a new doctor.

Experiencia fantástica: My appointment was at 1:30, but I arrived at 1:00. The waiting area was extremely busy, but everything seems to run efficiently. Everyone I encountered acted in a professional manner, was pleasant and thorough. After x-rays, I was taken to an exam room and seen by a Medical Student first. Once the student asked some questions and examined me, Dr. Gudger came in. I was already familiar with the doctor, as he performed TKR on my sister two years in a row, and she has had great results. Turns out I don’t need surgery, just an injection, prescription NSAIDs, and physical therapy. I follow up in 6 weeks. Dr. Gudger was pleasant and explained my knee issue very well. I’m thankful to be able to see him, as I fully trust his judgment. Great experience!
