Experiencia fantástica: The best! When I scheduled surgery for my torn rotator cuff, I knew the Physical Therapist would be just as important to my recovery as the quality of the surgeon. A K Fitness and Therapy did not disappoint! All of their staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. You can truly tell they all love working there. It’s always a pleasure.

Experiencia fantástica: The best therapy center I’ve attended. Everyone from the receptionist to the physical therapists and in between are highly skilled in their work, professional, kind and patient. They understand why we’re there and will guide us along to meet our therapy/fitness goals. Their expertise in this field is beyond amazing, and my strength in my shoulder due to a car accident years ago has improved immensely. The pain has decreased, my mobility has increased and my posture has improved greatly. Thank you all so much for helping me. I highly recommend this center. :)

Experiencia positiva: The therapists and assistants are great!! Kathy, the lady that handles insurance is not. I’ve called my insurance twice being told I was approved for more physical therapy visits on Friday (they told me details of my situation and everything so I know they are being honest) and she is telling me that I have not been approved and she has checked twice today (Monday). I told her I don’t know what to do because my dr is not happy with the progress of my knee after surgery and says I can not miss any therapy. Kathy told me I could not come back in without approval from insurance and was not willing to help me get this figured out. I understand there could be miscommunication here but at this point by not helping me figure this out she is only hurting me. I’m 6wks post surgery and cannot bend my knee to 90 degrees. Dr made it very clear I will have problems with this knee if I don’t get more aggressive therapy and make progress. Which I told her that and said I guess I need to go somewhere else and she just said ok. Will be going elsewhere. Again the therapist and the PTA’s are great
