I struggled with chronic pelvic pain and she was able to not only help but provide the tools and knowledge for me to continue to help myself. I would definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Sarah has been wonderful! I highly recommend all mothers utilize her during pregnancy and postpartum. I had 27 years of undiagnosed constipation that my body adjusted to by twisting rectal muscles and my tailbone. I also had several other issues that led to a failed VBAC after my first birth was a medical emergency due to HELLP syndrome. With my third pregnancy, Sarah was one of three body workers, including a chiropractor and uterus/scar tissue specialist. She really helped me loosen, align, and properly strengthen my pelvic floor muscles. She helped me practice proper pushing techniques for my particular needs and stretches. My second birth was 4 days long with 12 hours of pushing ending in a c-section. After tons of prayer and work with a proper birth team, my third birth was less than two hours (mainly an hour of the real stuff) with my body spontaneously pushing baby out with 2 pressure waves that felt like a bubble moving through me, and no tearing. It was just my husband and I in our truck, 5 minutes from home.

She spends so much time listening to what is going on and getting to the root cause of the pain, instead of giving quick fixes for symptoms. She helped me with terrible posture, back pain, and pelvic pain, and it has lasted. She is also very kind and hospitable, so I always felt comfortable with her. I would definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Previously, I found no lower back pain relief from two epidural injections, two S.I. joint injections, and physical therapy from a local hospital-run physical therapy department which resulted in thousands of dollars in medical expenses. I can’t give enough positive feedback on the therapy I received while under Sarah’s care. My experience with Vital Life Physical Therapy has been wonderful. Sarah spent an entire session with me to evaluate my condition, after which she prescribed a schedule of P.T. and stretching exercises which have effectively strengthened my back, improved my posture, and increased overall flexibility. Experiencia fantástica: I had a neck injury and chronic neck and back pain, migraines, numbness and other issues. After my regular Dr did x-rays and an MRI to tell me there was no reason for my pain and gave me steroids and muscle relaxers, I decided there had to be relief somewhere. Sarah was recommended to me by my mother-in-law. At first I didn't go, I was using a massage therapist weekly to manage pain so I could continue working. However it wasn't working to relieve my pain. I reached out to Sarah on IG and she set up a free over the phone consultation. I was immediately put to ease and encouraged with the time and care she took to find what I needed. I initially went to see her for my neck, however, she has greatly helped me with that, my back and also my hip. She has also helped me with supplements and nutrition and other health related things as well. I am well managed with my pain and still progressing. I now have many days that are pain free and I have the tools to manage hard days. Sarah is a wonderful listener, professional and very soothing. I am completely confident in her ability and trust her. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She does a fantastic job!
