This is not your lay down and be quiet massage, it's getting into your body and connecting to it and understanding it better. My body feels lighter after each session. Experiencia fantástica: I made an appointment with Alec and it was THE BEST money I’ve ever spent. When I walked in I couldn’t turn my head left to right , My collar bone was killing me & to top it all off I had a headache at the base of my skull that just wouldn’t let up.. He not only worked on the areas where I was having the pain but also found the source of the pain and corrected it. My ribs have been sticking out on one side for MONTHS and now after an hour they aren’t. I’m mind blown and so grateful I could cry. I highly recommend him.

Experiencia fantástica: Alec is a wizard. All jokes aside, he has a wonderful personality and bedside manner. I never feel uncomfortable under his care. He's very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the body and he tells you what he's doing as he's doing it so you understand what is happening. He gives good tips on how to improve overall health and he has helped me so much with my back pain it's unbelievable. If you are using anyone else, you're missing out.
