Experiencia fantástica: Our family has had the good fortune of experiencing the Treviso care for more than one year, first during an impressive, active rehabilitation program for our loved one, and also now, outstanding skilled nursing care. The physical space of the facility is clean, fresh, and has a hotel-like vibe. The extra living spaces along the hallways, dining areas and game tables make for a wonderful experience for guests and visitors. The staff has been absolutely the finest, the most caring, incredibly good at handling the needs, communicating with us, the family, as well as with the patients. Our year of Treviso relationships has spanned first the normalcy before, then as we watched the whole Treviso organization handle the COVID challenge with grace and organization, and even extra attention to helping us know about our loved one's needs and progress. Treviso is led excellently by an administrative group, and we have the finest compliments for the Department of Nursing Administration, the Financial Department, Dept. of Social Work, & the Activities Director and his staff. Though we list departments as a whole, make no mistake - the professionals with whom we interact are individuated in capability, motivation and dedication. Food Service personnel are cheerful, willing, caring, sensitive to food preferences and dietary needs while always willing and aware of needs for help with the food/eating. Both housekeeping and maintenance personnel have gone over and above for the requests of our loved one, whether for help with TV function and needs, or even extra attention to details of housekeeping needs. The nursing staff - where can we begin? Always ready and do give the most outstanding care, attention, and take time, even when they know there are about 15 other tasks calling them, to love on and care for each patient. All three shifts have absolutely taken our hearts, whether nurses, responsibly dealing with the medications prescribed, as well as skilled nursing, always again, with more than they can humanly accomplish, yet they do, to the aides who are amazing in their professionalism and dedication as well. The nursing aides Treviso has found and put in place are extraordinary, willing, and we have seen nothing but big smiles and big hearts in each and every member of the nursing staff. In summary, we feel truly blessed for our loved one to be staying at Treviso in such a loving environment. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
