Experiencia fantástica: Long term care is a limited resource environment and with the constant squeeze between strict CMS guidelines, insurance denials, and complexities of chronic illness in our geriatric population our jobs become very hard. It is my opinion that what makes a skilled rehabilitation and long term care community stand out from the rest is the people. From the therapists, housekeepers, kitchen staff, nurses, nursing aides, and administration, Riverbend constantly tries to do better and work harder than the other places in its respective demographic. I trust them wholeheartedly which I why I work there and will continue to do so in hopes that, as a society, we will start to look at healthcare reform seriously.

Experiencia fantástica: I toured Riverbend with a potential client. They said that they liked the place. That it was clean and had no smells. Residents seemed happy. In fact a brand new admit stated that him and his wife were very please with staff and cares.

Experiencia fantástica: Riverbend is an amazing community filled with great staff and residents that truly care. The leadership is alway there to lend a hand and help out. They make each day an experience for their residents. All of their holidays are magical. If I was able to give more than 5 stars I would, they deserve so much more. The administrator is a great leader, she expects the best care for her residents and ensures that they receive it. She has a very kind heart who is willing to help staff, residents and families of the resident to the best of her ability. You will be hard pressed to find such a kind and genuine team anywhere else, as not a lot of places make their job a second home, a community, a safe space and put all their heart into what they do. Their nursing team is truly great, all around an amazing community. Thank you all for everything you do, and all you have yet to do.
