Experiencia fantástica: Really amazed with the treatment I received from Kyle at Northern CO Spine & Sport. I've had a nagging issue in my shoulder where every month or two - for years - it tightens up and spasms. Chiropractic care would help alleviate it and it would go away after a few days, only to inevitably show up again. After a single fantastic therapy session (dry needling, stretching, manipulation) session with Kyle, the knot/spasm is just flat out gone. My range of motion is better, I can fully turn my neck, and the knot has not returned. Kyle is extremely good at what he does and I can't recommend him enough. For me and my stupid shoulder, his treatment was like a switch.

Experiencia fantástica: I pulled a muscle in my upper back from swinging a golf club! I had severe pain for almost 4 weeks and could not touch a golf club, I tried heat and cold on my back but got very little relief! I received a recommendation from my daughter in law who suggested that I should go and see Dr. Kyle Riley at Northern Colorado Spine & Sport. Dr. Riley provided me with several specific stretches which I should do prior to swinging a golf club. After 2 treatments my back is in good enough shape to play golf again without any pain!
