Experiencia fantástica: I had hip replacement in July 2021 and everything was perfect for (6) months. Fast forward to February 2022 and the pain was 10 plus and unable to walk. Went back to surgeon who diagnosed bursitis and prescribed PT and steroids. The steroids did nothing to improve pain. I honestly don’t think I had bursitis. Heather Brumfield figured out the issue and using her expert ART treatment has me at a zero pain level and walking as much and as far as I like. She is my super hero! Thank you to Heather and the entire team!

She has been working with my fiance and has been nothing short of a miracle in our lives and has bought him a long way. Coming from a fall at work injuring the nerves in his neck leaving his hand paralyzed. She has and continues to working with him continuing to have improvements. Experiencia fantástica: For anyone who has nerve, muscle, tendon, ligament issues, I couldn’t possibly think of anyone I would rather go to for help, than Heather Brumfield at Centra Rehabilitation in Lynchburg. I have had every issue at the most severe of levels, with countless orthopedic surgeries, and physical therapy wrapped around those events. In all my years, I have never been in the condition I found myself just months ago. Heather’s level of expertise, not in just PT related services, but much more importantly for me, ART services, is priceless. Using Active Release Therapy to try and get some relief, is the only process I have been through, that makes a difference. I have been in a very tough situation having had my first of 30 orthopedic surgeries about 30 years ago. So, I am not suggesting I am healed by any means, but I will say the daily struggles have become more manageable. Heather’s knowledge is uncanny in knowing exactly where to dig in, to try and release all pressure points, knots, and tightness. For me this will be a lifelong battle as it has been too long with too many surgical alterations, but I say with great confidence, anyone with a sore back, or even a sore muscle all the way up to the holistic issues I struggle with every day, Heather in my experience, hands down, is the only provider I would recommend, and the only provider I will see go forward. Thank you Heather, for giving me some relief, and I am hoping to continue the process in getting the best quality of life possible in the future!!
