ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation (Lynchburg)

Experiencia fantástica: I did my clinicals in this facility and never left. Staff is so down to earth and there is a feeling of genuine care for residents and employees. I was impressed with the Decor and that fact it does not have a “nursing home “ smell. The residents here stay active, socializing, activities have formed real friendships with one another. Administration, nurses, housekeeping, Kitchen, and Family Members have all developed good rapport with residents which has created a Family Like Cozy environment.

Experiencia fantástica: My father was at Tate springs for rehab after a hospital stay, he was very happy with his care! He often spoke highly about how well kept his room was and how nice all the staff was to him! My father still talk about his stay there and would choose Tate springs again!

Experiencia fantástica: We would not use tate springs rehab again, and here are the reasons; out dated facitility, such as , water was cut off to tub/ shower. This was a private room. Had to use quote, "community shower, which was not clean, body hairs in shower. Was not cleaned after each use. After we complained, they took her to shower in therapy area. Also, the cna sprayed her with cold water, which take a while to warm up. The room 300, was clean. This place needs to be updated, especially the tub/shower, which should be walk-in. The head nurse on the 3rd floor was outstanding, and some of the cnas were nice.i should have gotten references before coming here

Experiencia fantástica: I was in Tate Springs Health and Rehab for a month. The staff there is very friendly and is very dedicated to taking care of their patients. I was made to feel part of a very loving family. Their staff was instrumental in helping me on my road to recovery. Thank you, Tate Springs Health and Rehabilitation!

Experiencia fantástica: Quality and focus of care has improved considerably since acquisition by Hill Valley and the leadership team has been great to work with -- an obvious focus on getting the right people into the right jobs to focus on quality of care. There is a really good vibe amongst the patients and an all around positive feel to being there. Like anywhere, there are opportunities for improvement, with active listening and efforts toward improvement when discussed with staff there. Definitely recommend this location for excellent short term or long term care and rehab!
