Experiencia fantástica: Caring and friendly staff! There was good communication with nurses, case managers & PT staff… by returning calls and answering questions asked. This is so important for both the patient & family members. I would recommend the Life Care Center of the North Shore in Lynn for sure.
Experiencia positiva: I didn't like the Spanish nurse on the second floor she was always hiding things in my mother's room and interrupting my visits. She seemed cold non caring, Made me worry about the care she was giving, She seemed like a bully. The day my mother died, she was in my room. Haunting me
