CRC is pleased to continue to offer community-based outpatient rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, case management, and community support work services.

We know that every day counts following an acute neurological injury, and we are here to help maintain continuity of care, reduce risk of decline, and manage ongoing therapy and case management needs. 

Community Rehab Care provides community-based outpatient rehabilitation and support services to adults and children with neurologic, musculoskeletal, or orthopedic injuries or illnesses.

We are continuing to spread awareness on Brain Injuries by sharing our client spotlights! We continue to update our client stories page with spotlights on our clients.

As you may recall, MARCH was National Brain Injury Awareness Month. The theme, #MoreThanMyBrainInjury, allowed for an opportunity for survivors of brain injury to tell their stories and define their own lives beyond any preconceived notions of what brain injury is.
