Experiencia fantástica: I came to the facility due to surgery on my ankle. When I first arrived I was nervous, scared, and wanted to go home. The staff and doctor quickly made me feel at ease. I received around the clock care. Sometimes it was medical other times it would be a hot cup of cocoa @ 2:00 am when I couldn't sleep. The entire staff gave me A+ care. I was always made to feel cared about and respected. My room is in a good spot for me to observe the staff's interactions with the other client's. They are always respectful, caring, professional, and mindful of safety. l just can't say enough good things about the employees and their dedication to their clients. The Rehab department is awesome. Without their help and guidance I wouldn't be prepared to use my p⁰wheelchair and walker safely

Experiencia positiva: Visiting my mom, I was happy to see her enjoying one of the activities Golden One has for the residents , I also noticed her bed area well kept as my mom’s was dressed and combed as it should be on a daily basis, thank you and all the staff for working with care and kindness that each of the residents deserve.

Experiencia fantástica: They are absolutely Wonderful - all in all. We've had our Moments, but they are taking excellent care of my sweet little 93 yr old Mother over there & I really appreciate it.

Experiencia fantástica: When you enter this building, you are greeted with great customer service and the staff (especially nursing staff) is so welcoming and very helpful. I 100% recommend anyone wanting to place loved ones in building because staff genuinely care.

Experiencia positiva: My mom was admitted to Avalon Health, spending 2 months for rehab. Our overall experience has been great. All staff, nurses, CNA’s, and kitchen staff has been wonderful while working with my mom and with family. Stacy, Monica, Juan, Lucas are all wonderful! Stacy always returned my calls along with answering any questions we that we had. Her physical therapists are fantastic, Iris and Arman!!! They have really helped my mom with gaining her strength, endurance and now she can walk again!! They had her riding a bike, walking the halls and outside, kicking a ball, all with no issues at all. They followed up with X-rays and medicines to make her well again. All administration has been friendly and thorough with explaining the process of her care and stay. Anytime we voiced a concern or had questions the nurses and other staff are available to help us and my mom. My mom is a picky eater and the kitchen staff, Donald, did everything to make her meals that satisfy her hunger most of the times. Overall we are happy with my mom’s care and thank all the Avalon staff for the work they put in to take care of my mom :)
