Experiencia fantástica: It was a phone appointment. It was very very convenient. I was not feeling well, I’m glad I didn’t have to go in. I got the antibiotics I needed but I was also taken off work pending a covid test which is not what I wanted. I understand why but at this point I just don’t think every type of symptom requires time off or a test.

Experiencia positiva: This visit staff was friendlier the facility was clean. The wait time was still 3 hours. Also , more often that not medications don’t all get sent to the pharmacy at once. I usually have to do a follow up phone call to the clinic. With all this being said it HAS improved from other visits. I look forward to services improvements in the future
