Experiencia fantástica: My mom (Shirley B.) just completed her most recent rehab stay at The Pavilion at Creekwood. She and I have both been very pleased with the wonderful care and physical therapy she has received each time she’s been there. While I do not have all of the names who provided such great care to my mom, we would both like to give special thanks to Adrian and Sydney for their exceptional service in overseeing my mom’s care, and to Anu and Carly for the outstanding physical and occupational therapy they provided. My mom said without you all, she wouldn’t be back on her feet and safely at home today. All of your efforts are greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!
