Experiencia fantástica: My mom has been here for almost a month now. My siblings and I were very concerned for our mom because of the low rating. Also, our mom is a very direct personality who some people may not get along with. We are all so relieved that everyone here is so very nice and caring. Everytime we visit we meet new and friendly staff. Mom reports back nothing but good stuff. This is a very nice place. Thank you

Experiencia positiva: The staff is wonderful and very caring. The social services director however is rarely there- at least when I needed to contact him. Hence only 4 stars. Luckily, his assistant was there and was very helpful for all of my Mom’s needs. Communication with the facility Dr was non existent for me. I was only contacted by the Nurse Practitioner despite insisting I talk with the Dr. My Mom had 4 UTI’s over the 2 months that she was there. Her care was in the hands of the NP. She seemed competent but I wanted communication with a Dr!!!! If your loved one is admitted there, be an advocate and check on his or her care regularly.
