Danielle Kaye has not only helped me recover *but* lead my rehabilitation such that now I am stronger that before! She is skilled and demanding, as well as kind and understanding of your individual healing/recovery process. A prefect balance! Absolutely beyond my expectations!

I received excellent therapy sessions followed by a personal trainer to ensure I did the rehab exercises correctly. Experiencia positiva: The PTs are great here but the other staff are not that much helpful. The only question I asked them on the very first day and almost every week was how many sessions my insurance cover. I got my answer on the last session. If I knew I have so few sessions left I would have scheduled my sessions differently so that I don’t use all of them in a span of 2 months.

Experiencia negativa: Although I had a good experience with the therapists after two months of being a patient, on the last week of my treatment plan, all of a sudden, I received a phone call from the receptionist telling me they will charge me a fee because of a “no show” for a session that I already rescheduled to another day! She was totally unaware that I called earlier and rescheduled my session to another day and the other receptionist gladly did it for me without telling anything about a fee! But apparently there was a mistake on their end that it wasn’t showing on their calendar as the receptionist who called me was unaware of this change and thought I just didn’t show up! At least she could have asked the other receptionist that I spoke to and confirm before calling me and in a very rude tone telling me that “they’re gonna charge me because they can!!” Of course you don’t have the right to charge people because of your own mistakes and because your staff are not communicating well and not on the same page!! The stupid part was that when I was telling her I already rescheduled this session with someone else she was telling me that she was on lunch and she is not aware of this change!! So what? You can ask if you don’t know about something before calling the customer and snapping at them!! Very rude customer/patient service on my last session, after paying hundreds of dollars to them for my treatment plan! Definitely never go back! Also let the people whom I already recommended this place to know about what happened so they’ll be aware! (Two stars are only for the good therapists)

I've been injured alot and have visited therapy clinics But some not so hands on. Thank you Angela and especially Danielle she paid attention and listened to my pain. Experiencia fantástica: A great deal of back pain brought me to Spine & Sports at the Concord clinic. My physical therapist, Angela Traverso, was fantastic. She used varied techniques to alleviate the pain and within a short time, I was walking with painless mobility. I cannot speak more highly of her. She is not only an exceptionally qualified PT, but her positive upbeat demeanor is evident in every session. Her staff is well trained and caring. Because of the care I received and the results, I highly recommend her for whatever "ails" you!

Experiencia negativa: Hello to my fellow injured people, I have a few thoughts that I hope might be helpful. I was very impressed by the friendly and professional website. The name of the business also drew my attention because I have an injury to my spine. I know it can be hard to reach out when you are looking for treatment, but the website inspired my confidence. Imagine my surprise when the personal first impression I experienced was the polar opposite!! The woman who answered the phone was rude and thoughtless! She said “well we don’t like, specialize in spinal injuries it's just like, the name of the business…” there was no gum snapping, but I could definitely hear eye rolling. I asked If they would take my claim number for my work injury and she said…”well you will have to call your claims adjuster and ask for authorization then they will have to send all of your medical records to us” all of this before I can even make an appointment??. I decided to spare myself another minute on the phone with this wonderful welcome wagon of a lady and took my business elsewhere. Healing is a real journey, I suggest you choose a place that has some compassion. Perhaps a clinic where people actually care..?

I’m very happy with her care because she listens and answers all my questions and concerns about my pain and discomfort (disability) Shes very patient, nice and very helpful she’s very good on teaching me how to stretch and exercise To help me with my recovery. I like it that she tells me what are the possible cause of my injury and what triggers it so I can avoid getting it worse and will educate you about how important stretching is if your trying to be active and love kickboxing as a workout so you know once you get back on track .She will make you feel comfortable even if your in uncomfortable (painful) situations while in therapy. She will make sure your getting the right treatment .So if your looking for a therapist That will help you recover and lessen your pain and discomfort ,and will get you back to your regular routines make an appointment with Angela . Her schedule gets filled out very quickly. That’s when you know she take good care of her patient.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very fortunate that when I was referred to Spine and Sports for physical therapy that I was assigned Angela Traverso to be my therapist. She did a great assessment, assigned me some helpful exercises but the best part was her skill in working on my back and finding the special spots that needed her capable hands.

Experiencia fantástica: After bouncing around to a few different PT places post surgery, my doctor referred me to Kevin Takao and his team. Wow, what a difference Spine and Sports made. I was recovering from a labral tear and psoas release surgery in my hip. It felt like I was never going to be 100% again. But Kevin and his team broke up the scar tissue, got my muscle groups working again, and gave me back my active lifestyle. I will be referring all my friends and family here.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to three different physical therapy; Spine and Sports Physical Therapy is the only one that actually has worked on my knee with me, not just leave me to do it on my own. Umberto explains what he is doing and why. The facility is clean and well organized. I highly recommend them.
