Experiencia fantástica: My visit was the best experience I have had with a physician in years!!!! I felt listened too and treated with respect!! In addition to addressing my skin condition it was a blessing to receive assistance with emotional stress without even asking. I NEVER would have thought to ask for help with what was causing me to have my severe skin condition. I left with tears of joy and much needed relief. Thank you to all the staff who were kind and professional!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my boyfriend here yesterday and waited in the waiting room while he saw the doctor, (whom he also really liked and had a good interaction with). I have worked in the medical field for over 20 years and always take notice of the office staff, more so than the doctors. I have managed medical admin teams and really drive home to them that THEY are the first and last point of contact for patients, so it’s vital they are amazing at their jobs…and, honestly, the staff here was great! Truly. Not just with us, but also interacting with other patients there. One girl who had to explain to a patient that they didn’t take her insurance, was so pleasant and helpful for the patient. I really appreciated her patience, knowledge, and confidence in her words. I wish I knew her name but I could only see it was A. Williams….so, if you’re reading this, Ms. Williams, thank you for being great at what you do!

Experiencia fantástica: Our experience at Modern Urgent Care was seamless. The front desk staff were kind, helpful and prompt. Our physician gave clear explanations of what my daughter and I had and next steps toward recovery moving forward. He and other nurses treated my toddler with kindness and patience in our appointment and made it go very smoothly. Highly recommend this location. In addition, booking an appointment was super easy and we were seen same day.

Experiencia fantástica: I am pleased that visits usually take less than an hour about 45min depending on how busy they are. Setting up an appointment online is a sure way to get seen quickly, and have all of your concerns addressed. The staff are really nice and the doctors genuinely care for you or your child’s well being.
