Signature HealthCARE at Tower Road

Experiencia fantástica: My husband in his late eighties fell and was taken to Kennestone hospital. After 4 days of excellent care we had to find a rehab facility in 2 hours. We chose Signature on the basis of location and reviews. We were so lucky. The staff is fabulous. Nurses, therapists, aides, staff were incredible. They immediately knew him, his history and greeted us by name. The skill level was exceeded only by the compassion. It looks drab and dated, but it is a jewel. If you have only 2 hours to choose, move Signature to the top of your list. My husband could not turn over in bed. He could walk and care for himself when we left after 4 weeks and is now back to normal. I credit the rehab and care.

Experiencia fantástica: Recently my MIL was treated here, and her experience was very positive. If you expect hospital like care, you will be unhappy, but this is not a hospital. It is full of people who do things for people most of us would not be willing to do. I'm happy they are there for us. Clark, Miss Tiffany among others were very good to my MIL and we are grateful for them. My MIL cried when she left because she was going to miss those folks. The lady at the front was extremely helpful too. I cannot remember her name. but she was very accommodating on several occasions.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had to place my loved one in this facility, and I must say I was very hesitant but as soon as I entered the facility I felt welcomed by the young lady at the front desk. I met the administrator Scott and he was very welcoming as well and offered me some goodies ???? He then introduced me to another nice young lady named Erica and she assured me my loved one would be well taken care of as we toured the entire facility. As I stated, I was very hesitant and had a little anxiety, but she continued to reassure me that my loved one was in good hands. I was then introduced to two young ladies by the name of Allison and Alisha that were very helpful as well and whatever questions or concerns I had they were very thorough in taking care of everything for my loved one. I felt so much better at the end of my tour. These employees were outstanding!
