Karis was born and raised in the PNW. After receiving her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Western Washinton University in 2010, she went on to receive her DPT from the University of Washington in 2014.

Since then, she has taken continued education courses in pelvic health and vestibular therapy. She is passionate about helping patients regain their ability to do their daily activities and the activities they love without limitations.

Tristen was born and raised in southwest Montana just miles from Yellowstone. He grew up active in the outdoors and playing any sport he could. He attended the University of Montana, graduated with his Exercise Science Degree in 2019, and continued his education in Missoula to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022. Tristen is passionate about healing his patients and returning to doing the activities they love. When not in the clinic you can find Tristen watching college football, or outside participating in hiking, biking, fishing, and hunting.

Jessica graduated from Washington State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science and completed her Physical Therapist Assistant degree at PIMA Medical Institute. Jessica has focused her career in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, treating a variety of patients. Through her passion for health and fitness, she enjoys educating her patients as a part of their recovery journey and stressing the importance of staying active through movement. Her special interests include women's health, pelvic floor, prenatal and postpartum treatment. As a Physical therapist assistant, Jessica interacts with all the therapist staff, helping shape the treatment plan that will best fit each patient. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their three young children in her free time, exercising and cheering on the Seattle Sounders FC.

Amber has been practicing physical therapy for almost 4 years in an outpatient orthopedic setting. She has been doing travel physical therapy for 2 years and recently settling in WA. She graduated from Pima Medical Institute with her PTA and is currently working toward her Doctor of Physical Therapy. She has obtained certification with ACOLS as a Lymphatic Therapist. She has worked as a NASM personal trainer for over 15 years. She has had the opportunity to volunteer with the Seattle Slam wheel chair rugby team. In her spare time Amber enjoys working out and spending time with her family.

Noelle obtained her Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy w/ a minor in Biology at Mt. Mary College in Milwaukee, WI in 1990 and relocated to Washington over 20 yrs ago. She has strong foundation of clinical skills acquired at her first job at a Level 1 trauma hospital in Milwaukee that included a wide variety of diagnoses such as Burn Rehab, Medical/Cardiac Intensive Care, Inpatient Acute Care & Rehab, Parkinson’s Disease and more. She has spent the majority of the last 20+ yrs in UE/Hand Therapy and is an active member in the Hand Therapy community and the American Society of Hand Therapists (ASHT). Her strengths lie in her wholistic approach, ability to connect w/ her clients to foster the best outcomes as well as her manual therapy & soft tissue skills. In his spare time, Noelle enjoys the mountains, hiking, live music/music festivals and raising/spending time w/ her English Mastiffs w/ specialized therapy dog certifications.

I worked with Noelle after my UCL repair surgery on my right arm. I am right handed so rehabbing my arm properly was my main concern. To find out that Noelle has over 30 years of experience as a physical therapist, working with hands and arms. I was blown away by the level of care and compassion from no only Noelle but the whole staff there at the Arlington Summit Rehabilitation. I feel as though I made a lifelong relationship with Noelle and am excited to keep her up to date on life events and stop by to say hi to everyone from time to time. Always have been kind and courteous. Always communicate well about the excercises and stretching that need to be done. They really want you to get back to normal.

This place is Great! Always greeted with a friendly smile. Everyone, from those at the front desk, to the assistants (esp. Leisha) and to the therapists (esp. Kavya) is professional and courteous. I greatly appreciated the extra time that scheduling (Sheila) took to work around my own crazy schedule. Highly Recommend this facility.

Please wear or bring comfortable athletic/workout clothing to change into. This includes shorts or sweatpants, a t-shirt and sneakers. Your attire should also allow easy access to your injured area for treatment by your physical therapist.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. However, we do understand than an occasional emergency or illness may arise, in which case you may have to cancel your appointment closer to your scheduled time.

We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Tricare and workers’ compensation plans. Before your initial visit, we will verify in and out of network benefits with your insurance company. The cost of therapy is determined by the benefits of your insurance plan, including the deductible and co-pay, or patient percentage. We are happy to check with your insurance company to determine the terms of your coverage. Payment for patient responsibility is due at the time of service.
